These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and betrup ("betrup", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the betrup website, mobile platform, and all associated services including sports betting, live casino, slot games, and any other products offered under the betrup brand.

Pakistani players are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws and regulations before registering.
2.4 betrup reserves the right to refuse registration or close accounts of players in jurisdictions where the platform's services are not permitted.
3.1 Each player is permitted to hold one (1) betrup account only. The creation of duplicate accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds, including bonuses and winnings derived from duplicate accounts.
3.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Pakistani mobile number. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 betrup reserves the right to conduct identity verification ("KYC") at any time, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, and upon reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity. You must provide all requested documentation promptly. Failure to do so may result in account suspension.
3.4 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. betrup will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify betrup support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
3.5 betrup accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not transfer, sell, or otherwise assign your account to any third party.
4.1 betrup accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. The minimum deposit is Rs 500. betrup does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
4.2 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal is Rs 1,000. betrup reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.
4.3 betrup processes withdrawals within the timeframes published on the platform. Standard bank transfer withdrawals may take 24–72 hours. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed the same day. Platinum and Black Diamond VIP members receive priority withdrawal processing.
4.4 betrup reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large withdrawals in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to provide source-of-funds documentation.
4.5 betrup will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Withdrawal funds must be directed to a payment method registered in the same name as the betrup account.
5.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by betrup are subject to wagering requirements and additional terms specific to each promotion. These supplementary terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms.
5.2 Bonus funds and real money funds are held separately in your betrup account. Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
5.3 betrup reserves the right to withdraw bonus offers, modify bonus terms, or cancel bonus awards at any time at its sole discretion, including where betrup reasonably suspects misuse of the bonus system.
5.4 Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only. Attempting to claim the same welcome offer multiple times, including through the use of multiple accounts, will result in cancellation of the bonus and potential account suspension.
5.5 betrup's VIP programme — comprising Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Black Diamond tiers — is a discretionary loyalty programme. betrup reserves the right to modify, restructure, or discontinue the VIP programme at any time with reasonable notice to affected members.
6.1 All bets placed on betrup are subject to the specific market rules applicable to each sport and event type, as published on the platform. Placing a bet constitutes acceptance of the applicable market rules.
6.2 betrup reserves the right to void bets in the event of: (a) obvious pricing errors; (b) technical malfunctions affecting the integrity of a market; (c) evidence of match manipulation or corrupt activity; (d) incorrect event information at the time of bet placement.
6.3 In-play betting markets are subject to real-time suspension and may be closed at any time at betrup's discretion. Bets placed after the closure of an in-play market are void.
6.4 Maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits apply to all markets. These limits are published within the relevant market interface. betrup reserves the right to adjust limits at any time, including retroactively restricting the accounts of players found to be systematically exploiting pricing anomalies.
7.1 Casino games offered on betrup — including slots, live dealer games, Dragon and Tiger, and game show titles — are provided by third-party certified game studios. Each game is governed by its own rules published within the game interface.
7.2 All random number generators (RNGs) used in betrup's casino games are independently audited for fairness. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages reflect the long-term statistical payout rate and do not guarantee outcomes for any individual session.

11.2 betrup's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim.
11.3 betrup does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Access to betrup is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
12.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which betrup is licensed to operate. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
